I work online using Zoom and offer face to face sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Free 30 minute Health and Energy Breakthrough call (on phone or Zoom) to discuss your needs and answer all your questions - no obligation to proceed.
Initial Consultation: 1 hour - £85
I suggest starting with an initial consultation, then if we both feel we are a good fit to work together, I will suggest a bespoke package for you to address your individual needs and priorities, and we will both make a commitment to your wellbeing or recovery plan.
My packages include 1:1 sessions, plus email support and resources in between appointments:
Kickstart: 3 x hourly sessions, taken weekly or fortnightly - £240
Restore: my 3 month support container to help you banish overwhelm and reconnect with yourself, which includes 6x 1 hour coaching sessions + email or voice-note support in between sessions, worksheets & resources £450 (payable in 2 instalments).
Authentic Energy: my 6 month container, including 12 x 1 hour sessions and wrap-around support between sessions, designed to support you to step fully into your authentic self, boosting your confidence and energy - £875 (payment plan available).

About Me
Having experienced feeling exhausted as a busy mum juggling work and bringing up 2 children, with many years of chronic pain and fatigue, I am able to empathise deeply with the challenges of living with these invisible symptoms, and know their very real impacts on clients and family life.
I know how frustrating it can be, not knowing if you have symptoms forever, and the anxiety and isolation that a lack of understanding and support (even at times from doctors, friends and family) can cause.
I've completed specialist training as a Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Coach and I'm also a Specialist Recovery Practitioner for burnout and conditions like Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid and Fibromyalgia. I bring 25 years of experience in holistic therapy and education, and I am a member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA). I'm trained to work holistically with many chronic health issues linked to stress and poor lifestyle and diet, such as:
I teach many tools including breathwork and mindfulness. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films and playing the piano. I also enjoy yoga and being in nature.
