I have undertaken specialist training from The Chrysalis Effect to work with clients who have chronic fatigue and pain. As I've made a full recovery myself from many years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, I understand what causes these types of symptoms and now I support those wanting to heal and recover from these conditions.

About me
Having had my own experience of burnout and chronic pain and fatigue, I am able to empathise deeply with the challenges of living with these invisible conditions and their impacts on clients and their families.
I know how frustrating it can be not knowing if you will be ill forever, and the anxiety and isolation that a lack of understanding and support can bring.
I've trained with The Chrysalis Effect, an award-winning organisation as a Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Coach and Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner, combining this with my prior 21 years of experience in complementary and holistic medicine.
I am also a Mindfulness Practitioner and a neurodivergent-aware coach.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films and playing the piano. I also enjoy yoga and being in nature.
