Hello, I'm Wendy Day and I'm a Health and Wellbeing coach.


With 25 year's experience working in health and wellbeing, and my own recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I use a holistic (lifestyle medicine) approach to help clients get to the root causes of their symptoms, supporting and empowering them whilst they rebuild their health and energy.

Chronic Fatigue, M.E., Fibromyalgia and Long Covid

I specialise in working with clients who have chronic fatigue, chronic pain and anxiety. After recovering from 8 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and many years of chronic pain and anxiety myself, I have undergone specialist training to support those wanting to really understand and heal from these conditions.


If you have been going round in circles with appointment after appointment, or have been jumping from practitioner to practitioner, but are still not clear what is causing your symptoms, then a holistic, mind-body approach offers a totally different way of looking at things.


Often our over-worked nervous systems are at the crux of symptoms, so working on your individual stressors is crucial.

A holistic approach means helping you to uncover the root causes of your symptoms, to resolve things permanently. I will support and empower you to work out what is going on in your life that needs addressing and to overcome any obstacles that may be getting in the way of you making positive changes for your health and wellbeing.

As often it is our thinking that generates stress for us, I will encourage you to work on any beliefs, values and thought processes that may be holding you back from regaining your health.


Should we need any extra support, I lead a team of multi-disciplined practitioners and together we can help you discover your very best life, full of energy and vitality.


I work from comfortable practice rooms in Sevenoaks, Kent but I can also offer online sessions using Zoom.


Health and Wellbeing Coaching for rebalancing health and stress management

Health and Wellbeing Coaching can help you to build awareness of what is going on in your life that is driving your chronic stress or symptoms.


We will work together, unpacking issues and setting goals to make positive changes in all areas of your life, with me as your cheerleader to overcome any obstacles in the way.


I aim to be non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and to provide a safe space to help you identify and prioritise what is important to you personally.


Health and Wellbeing Coaching has a holistic approach and an underlying focus on the client's physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

I have completed further training to become trauma-informed and to support people with eating disorders and with autism and ADHD.


Coaching can be useful in many areas of life, such as: relationships, stress and anxiety management, burnout prevention, fitness, nutrition, career choice and managing finances.

About me

I live in Sevenoaks, Kent with my husband and 2 grown-up children.


Having had my own experience of many years of chronic pain and fatigue, I am able to empathise deeply with the challenges of living with these invisible conditions and their impacts on clients and their families. I know how frustrating it can be, not knowing if you will be ill forever and the anxiety and isolation that a lack of understanding and support can bring.


Getting to the root cause of what was causing my symptoms was a transformative experience for my health and I decided to train to support others during their recovery.


I'm now a Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coach and Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner, combining this with 21 years of experience in complementary and holistic medicine.


I am also a Mindfulness Practitioner and I include this in my holistic approach as I feel it is so valuable for daily stress reduction and I am keen to share this fantastic tool with others.


In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films and playing the piano. I also enjoy yoga and being in nature.

I work online using Zoom and offer face to face sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Free 30 minute discovery call to review your health profile, discuss your needs and answer all your questions - no obligation to proceed further.


Initial consultation: 1 hour £65


Kickstart package: 3x1 hour sessions £180

Rebalance package: 6x1 hour sessions £360

Chrysalis Effect clients: I work with packages of 6-9 sessions (prices to be discussed in the discovery call).


I work with packages so that we both make a commitment towards working on your health and wellbeing. We will set long and mid-term goals and work towards achieving these, with accountability in place to keep you motivated and focussed.


Payment plans available. Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly with email support. Sessions can be broken down to suit the needs of the client.
